Westborough ASP understands how important privacy is to our volunteers and donors. What Information We Collect
When you sign up for the yearly mission trip, we ask for basic information such as your name, birthday, contact information and medical/food allergy details. In some cases we may ask for additional information for security reasons or to provide specific services to you.
When you access WestboroughASP.com from a computer, mobile phone or other device, we may collect information from that device about your browser type and the pages you visit. We use this site to keep track of your participation in the Westborough ASP program. Volunteers will be asked to sign-up for events and mark attendance at meetings.
We use “cookies” (small pieces of data we store for an extended period of time on your computer, mobile phone or other device) to make the site easier to use. For example, we use them to store your unique ID to display account details whenever you come back to the WestboroughASP.com site. You can remove or block cookies using the settings in your browser, but that will restrict your ability to use the WestboroughASP.com site. Logout of the site when you are done to ensure anyone with access to your computer, mobile phone or other device cannot view or edit your account details.

By providing us with your contact information and/or registering for our website, you may receive information from us about organizational news, additional volunteer opportunities, etc. If you do not wish to receive information from us, please let us know by submitting a request to email@example.com.
We strongly recommend that youth ask their parents for permission before sending any information about themselves to anyone over the Internet. We encourage parents to teach their children about safe Internet use practices.
SECURITY MEASURES IN PLACE TO PROTECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

The WestboroughASP.com site employs a digital certificate and used Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt all data being transmitted. SSL technology is the standard used by online banking, stock brokerages, and retailers for securing their online transactions.
